Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Tecton Logic ("Tecton Scheduler," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when a business (a "tenant") uses our appointment analytics and rescheduling platform, and when that business's clients interact with a tenant's public reschedule page or AI booking assistant.
Information We Collect
From tenants: account and business details (name, timezone, contact email), and credentials for connected services (Acuity, Square, Stripe, OpenAI) which are encrypted at rest. From a tenant's clients: name, email address, and phone number submitted through a public reschedule link or chatbot, used solely to locate and modify that client's own appointment.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate the dashboard and reschedule flow, sync appointment and payment data from connected providers, calculate analytics and forecasts, process reschedule fees, and provide customer support. We do not sell tenant or client data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Tecton Scheduler integrates with Acuity Scheduling (appointments), Square and Stripe (payments), and OpenAI (the AI booking assistant, using each tenant's own API key). Data shared with these providers is governed by their own privacy policies in addition to this one.
Data Security
API keys and other credentials are encrypted at rest and are never exposed to the browser. Tenant sessions, super-admin sessions, and impersonation sessions use separate signing secrets so that one tenant's data stays isolated from another's. Sensitive account actions are logged to an audit trail.
Data Retention
We retain tenant and client data for as long as an account is active, or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. A tenant may request deletion of their account data by contacting us.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Clients of a tenant business should contact that business directly; tenants may contact us using the details below.
Cookies
Our marketing site and dashboard use essential cookies required for login sessions and basic functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
