Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Tecton Scheduler, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the platform on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf.
Description of Service
Tecton Scheduler is a dashboard that syncs appointment and payment data from connected providers (Acuity Scheduling, Square, Stripe), provides analytics and forecasting, and offers a public self-serve reschedule page and optional AI booking assistant for your clients.
Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rate quoted at signup or renegotiated with our sales team. Reschedule fees you configure are collected from your clients through your connected Square or Stripe account — Tecton Scheduler is not a party to that transaction beyond facilitating the charge.
Your Data & Your Clients' Data
You retain ownership of your business data and the client data you submit or sync through connected providers. You're responsible for having the right to collect and share that client data with us, and for your own compliance obligations toward your clients.
Third-Party Integrations
Features that rely on Acuity, Square, Stripe, or OpenAI require you to provide and maintain your own credentials with those providers. We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or charges made by those third parties.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems or another tenant's data.
Intellectual Property
Tecton Scheduler and its underlying software remain our property. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the platform — they don't transfer ownership of it to you.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform, including forecasts and projections, is provided "as is." Forecasts are statistical estimates, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecton Logic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other tenants.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
